3-Week Program

Are you looking for an accelerated path to get your real estate license in British Columbia?
The 3-week program might be the right fit for you.
This course offers a complete learning path that would normally be spread out over 6 weeks but has been condensed into an intensive, 3-week period.
The 3-week program…

• Takes place in the classroom
• Meets 4 days per week
• 12 classes total, each between 2 and 3 hours long

6-Week Program

Our traditional method also involves 12 total classes, but is spread out over a 6-week period.
Classes are held twice per week. Here is the breakdown of the 6-week program…

• Monday/Wednesday evenings: In-person classes
• Tuesday/Thursday evenings: Online classes via Zoom
• 12 classes total, each between 2 and 3 hours long

In-Person Mock Exam Class:

Within 2 to 3 weeks of completing our 3 or 6-week program, you’ll have the opportunity to attend a final preparation in-person mock exam class. This mock exam effectively simulates the real estate licensing exam, making it an essential tool for your exam preparation.

British Columbia Real Estate License Requirements

In order to get a real estate license in BC, you must…

1. Be 19 years or older.
2. Be of good character (i.e. do not possess a criminal record).
3. Satisfy the BC Financial Services Authority’s English language proficiency requirement.
4. Register for the UBC “Real Estate Trading Services Licensing Course."
5. Our recommendation: Set yourself up for success by joining Excel Realty Academy’s Real Estate Exam classes to pass the UBC Real Estate Exam on your first try!
6. Pass the UBC Real Estate Exam.
7. After you pass the UBC real estate exam, register for (and complete) another real estate course: “Residential/Commercial Real Estate Trading Applied.”
8. Join a brokerage to apply for your real estate trading license.
